You will design efficient outbound processes, supervise yard operations, and drive cost savings while coordinating with management to resolve shipping issues and maintain safety protocols in a warehouse

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a distribution center or similar environment is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies/tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct staff on proper processes.
• Design and maintain organization of yard operations, ensure safe loading and unloading.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Mentor warehouse teammates and drive engagement and problem solving.
• Coordinate with DC management to resolve shipping errors and optimize performance.
