Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Outbound Operations in Austin, TX. This role oversees the end-to-end outbound fulfillment process, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while aligning with enterprise strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets and performance metrics to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive leadership in distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience owning operational performance via KPIs, financials, labor forecasting and ROI analyses.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, system implementations, automation or similar initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with WMS, ERP, Excel, and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall performance of outbound operations, setting priorities and accountability for safety, service, quality, productivity, and customer compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end outbound fulfillment, including systemized order execution, warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory integrity, shipping and customer fulfillment.
• Forecast demand and optimize labor, equipment and capacity to support growth and peak readiness.
• Lead strategic operational improvements, build business cases, ROI analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage department financial performance including budgets, labor costs and profitability while reducing chargebacks.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Measure performance via KPIs and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
