ProSource is seeking an Outbound Manager at our Sherwood Forest, SC location to lead outbound warehouse and delivery operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily picking, loading, and delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and support teams to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of warehouse distribution and supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3-5 years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct outbound warehouse activities including picking, staging, loading, and transfers.
• Coordinate daily delivery requirements with drivers, sales, and leadership.
• Maintain high outbound order accuracy and proper inventory transactions in ERP/WMS.
• Lead, coach, and develop outbound warehouse and delivery staff.
