Job summary

ProSource, LLC seeks an Inbound Manager at our Greenville, SC location to lead inbound warehouse activities, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient receiving and put-away. You will coach the team, set priorities, and partner with Purchasing, Sales, Transportation, and branch leadership to meet service levels.

The role requires ERP/WMS experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and a track record of lean practices in wholesale distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution, receiving, inventory, or logistics.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound receiving and put-away activities to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Lead and coach inbound team; prioritize workload and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Transportation, and branch leadership to optimize processes.
• Support ERP/WMS utilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
