ProSource, LLC is seeking an Outbound Manager to lead flagship location operations, drive efficiency, and coach a team across outbound distribution. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, collaboration with sales and support centers, and a commitment to people development.

The candidate will oversee order picking, staging, loading, transfers, and delivery prep, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time performance while leveraging ERP/WMS systems and RF scanning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse/distribution, with focus on outbound processes.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Experience in wholesale distribution preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and RF scanning is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily outbound picking, staging, loading and deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales, transportation, inventory and leadership.
• Maintain high outbound order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead safety, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational changes.
• Monitor workload, staffing, and KPI performance.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and inventory issues.
