WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Assistant Manager to support the Outbound Manager in overseeing the shipping department during the assigned shift, focusing on quality, accuracy, and customer experience. This role collaborates with leadership across shifts to ensure SOP compliance and meet operational directives.

Responsibilities include hands-on supervision of picking, packing, QA and related tasks, coaching staff, monitoring metrics, and driving improvements in productivity and safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations leadership.
• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and people-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day Outbound operations, including picking, packing, QA and related roles.
• Coach and develop up to a team of employees to achieve metrics and quality goals.
• Monitor metrics with the Outbound Manager and drive improvements in productivity and safety.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to all teams and lead regular shift meetings.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
