Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with all safety requirements in a distribution center.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize operations with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common warehouse equipment.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and certified in forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct staff on how to perform work.
• Design and maintain truck yard organization, ensure safe loading and unloading.
• Develop solutions to enforce safety rules and drive efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead warehouse associates, foster engagement and problem-solving.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors to prevent recurrences.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and efficiency.
• Protect assets and ensure proper receipts for all merchandise.
• Lead outbound order processing, cross/docks, Will Call and special orders.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Mentor team members and drive inclusive leadership across the DC.
• Reconcile nightly truck loads for proper loading.
• Design protocols for shuttle orders and truck loading.
• Ensure compliance with factory returns guidelines.
