Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements in a distribution setting.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Detail orientation and good judgment for instructions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct staff on how to perform work.
• Organize truck yard operations and maintain trailer and equipment readiness.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with all rules and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Lead and mentor warehouse associates to improve engagement and decision-making.
• Investigate shipping errors and coordinate corrective actions with the team.
• Schedule team hours to cover peak periods and enforce proper receipt of merchandise.
• Oversee loading of trucks and accurate processing of outbound orders.
