Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to follow safety requirements and company policies.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate workloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations, instruct staff, monitor progress and troubleshoot as needed.
• Design and maintain truck yard organization, ensure trailer flow and safety.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Mentor warehouse staff and drive engagement and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with DC management to resolve shipping errors and optimize loading.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and coverage.
• Ensure asset protection and proper receipts at all times.
• Lead outbound order processing, cross-docks, and special/UPS orders.
