Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sending shipping notices to warehouses and ensure orders are logged.
• Monitor SOs in the company portal and ensure warehouse updates.
• Track shipments and follow up to meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and report generation for management.
• Support with special events and customer initiatives as needed.
