Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1-5 years related experience.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: process purchase orders to domestic and international vendors.
• Collaborate with the demand planning team to set inventory parameters and replenishment plans.
• Track POs through the complete production cycle and manage vendor timelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Create reports and tools to provide visibility across the supply chain.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and obsolescence reviews.
• Act as single point of contact for annual physical count.
