Job summary

Pixi Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Coordinator to support outbound flow to customers and ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires coordinating with warehouses, generating shipping documents, and maintaining accurate order status. Ideal candidates will have proven logistics experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.

• Experience in beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicating customer shipping orders to warehouses.
• Ensuring SO’s are committed in company portal and logged by warehouses.
• Ensuring prompt delivery/collection of shipments through fluid follow-up measures.
• Tracking shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Preparing documents, packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping instructions.
• Updating new shipping manuals and ensuring compliance to established requirements.
• Reconciling inventory weekly within the system and investigation of miss-alignment.
• Responding to sales team questions and enquiries feeding back on status of deliveries.
• Assisting with chargebacks and customer claim investigations, managing the log and keeping the Finance team updated.
• Performing ops administrative tasks required to manage key accounts.
• Preparing reports for Senior Management, when appropriate.
• Assisting with special events, send outs, bundle formations and all other Pixi, Inc. company initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
