Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis seeks a Material Handler Operations Lead on the outbound 2nd shift to assist the supervisor in day-to-day operations, driving safety, quality and productivity.

You will manage staff, monitor workflow, oversee inventory displays, and ensure SOPs and performance standards are met in a climate-controlled distribution environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required to support a diverse team and ensure clear, effective operational collaboration across shifts.

Qualifications

THE POSITION:

The Material Handler Operations Lead will assist the Supervisor in the 2nd Shift day to day operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operations
• Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
• Responsible for and oversee their respective department
• Monitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
• Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
• Managing inventory displays
