Schnellecke Logistics USA in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am). The role focuses on safety, performance, and continuous improvement to meet customer care and production goals.

Ideal candidates have warehouse/logistics supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Fluent English required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for this position.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervision experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

This role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals within the Chattanooga, TN facility.
