Job summary

Eaton's Dallas, TX facility is seeking a Material Handler (Outbound) on 1st shift to move material throughout the distribution center, including receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping to fulfill customer orders.

All new hourly hires enter a 90-day introductory period to address safety, conduct, attendance, quality and productivity, with overtime potential and a $20.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience with two or more of: Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Cherry Picker.
• ERP experience (SAP) is preferred.
• No relocation assistance; within 50 miles of Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Move material throughout the distribution center via receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Retrieve materials from warehouse locations using picking processes and confirm counts with scanners.
• Unload, stage, and label pallets and prepare move tickets and packing lists.
• Verify styles and quantities, inspect products, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity; participate in the 90-day introductory period.
