Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift to join the El Paso, TX team. The role moves, stores, and supplies materials across the facility to support production while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The position carries a base hourly rate of $16.76 plus $1 shift differential per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive plan. Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am. Salaries vary with skills and market factors; relocation not offered at this time.

Formación

• Two or more years of warehouse experience.
• Two years or more of forklift operation.
• Minimum of six months of work experience with an RF Scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit a strong adherence to quality by continually seeking methods of improvement for all functions of the position.
• Ensure that all products and parts adequately meet Eaton’s quality guidelines as they move throughout the production process. Perform quality checks as instructed.
• Receive and process material kitting orders promptly to execute production schedules
• Complete inventory transactions and ensure accuracy
• Comply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment safely and competently.
• Own and lead 5S process and discipline for assigned warehouse area
• Receive and process incoming raw materials and ensure the inventory process is followed correctly
• Prepare finished products for final shipment including packaging, documentation, and loading, and ensure on-time delivery
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), order pickers, automatic pallet wrappers, pallet jack and electric pallet jack.
• Perform Lean Initiatives by recommending suggestions for improvement related to quality, work processes, and environmental safety and health.
• Other duties as required.
