Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler I for the 1st shift in El Paso, TX. The role moves, stores, and ships materials to support production, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts, process kitting and inventory transactions, and uphold Lean practices. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $16.76, eligibility for a variable incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.
• Candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and supply materials to support production.
• Ensure materials are received, transported, and delivered accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.
• Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment.
• Lead 5S in assigned warehouse area.
• Prepare finished products for shipment with proper packaging and documentation.
• Perform Lean initiatives and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
