Eaton is hiring a Material Handler I – 1st Shift in El Paso, TX. The role involves safely moving and stocking materials to support production, maintaining inventory accuracy, and complying with safety standards. You will perform receive/ship activities, quality checks, and Lean/5S initiatives.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and warehouse experience is preferred. The position offers benefits and a competitive hourly rate with an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar programs.
• Candidates within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and supply materials to support production operations.
• Ensure materials are received, transported, and delivered with inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and adhere to safety requirements.
• Complete inventory transactions and support 5S discipline in the warehouse.
• Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging and documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
