Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston is seeking an Outbound Specialist, Ground to manage origin data, bookings, and BOL creation across TMF and Descartes Aljex, ensuring accurate costs, revenue, and handoff to inbound teams.

You will coordinate pickups, provide shipment visibility via Tive/MacroPoint, audit documents, and resolve scheduling or security issues with internal partners; a detail‑driven communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with real-time visibility and telematics platforms.
• Familiarity with freight billing workflows and complete file requirements.
• Understanding of cargo security and chain-of-custody basics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain shipment files in TMF and Aljex, including cost/revenue and BOL.
• Coordinate pickups, pre-alerts, and carrier confirmations to meet windows.
• Provide shipment visibility using Tive and MacroPoint; audit documentation.
• Escalate scheduling, transportation, and security issues with partners.
• Ensure accurate handoffs to inbound specialists and cross-system parity.
