Job summary

Colson Group USA is expanding its Distribution Center in Phoenix and seeks an Outbound Coordinator to orchestrate outbound operations, track shipments, and ensure on-time, in-full orders. The role bridges planning and execution, requiring strong Excel/ERP skills and meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll manage pick tickets, coordinate transfer orders, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delays and meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP and MS Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and distribute daily pick tickets.
• Plan, schedule, process, and monitor work orders from start to finish.
• Create and manage transfer orders to support geographic fulfillment.
• Track missed shipments and implement corrective actions.
• Run metrics and operational reports and identify trends.
