Job summary

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent required.
At least 3 years in a high-volume distribution environment required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The ability to use a computer to enter and/or retrieve multiple amounts of information.
Some experience operating in a SAP system preferred.
Knowledge, skill, and ability to safely operate and train others on all forms of equipment in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Secure the building perimeter twice a day and ensure the security system is active.
Oversee shipping duties: pick, pack, and load, assign staffing, and verify SAP transfer orders.
Oversee receiving and replenishment, confirm SAP transfers, and manage inventory in SAP.
Create inventory documents for cycle counting and resolve discrepancies in SAP.
Record and process 30-day dealer returns, including damage checks and stock updates.
Maintain bin locations, run reports, and monitor storage and movement in SAP.
Train new hires and temporary staff on SAP, equipment operation, safety procedures.
