Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating activities of workers concerned with picking product and preparing it for same day shipping, both nationally and internationally.
• Train, motivate, and monitor performance of the Warehouse Team and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
• Improve area operations, efficiency and servicing to both internal and external customers.
• Monitor the unloading of all materials, ensure materials are staged for quality and quantity verification.
• Report material received and confirm receiving reports accuracy.
• Monitor and measure warehouse performance to ensure efficient movement and storage of material.
• Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiving paperwork.
• Research and resolve quality/quantity discrepancies.
• Ensure materials/engines are staged for counting and inspection.
• Responsible for preparing outbound shipments on schedule and communicating with Customer Service on issues or discrepancies.
