Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee shift duties, including shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and bin maintenance. You will lead a team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading for shipment, while maintaining security and safety standards across the facility.

The role requires SAP experience, ability to train others on equipment, and strong organizational skills to manage inventory, counts, and daily reporting.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Ability to use a computer to enter and retrieve information.
• Some SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to train others on warehouse equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Secure building perimeter twice daily and manage alarm system adherence.
• Ensure daily parts orders are picked, packed and loaded for shipment.
• Oversee receiving and replenishment across multiple depots and SAP transfers.
• Create inventory documents and manage cycle counting in SAP.
• Record dealer returns and manage stock updates in SAP.
• Oversee bin maintenance, storage type changes, and daily reporting.
• Train new hires on SAP, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
