Job summary

Kubota Group is seeking a warehouse-focused team member to analyze and expedite Kubota dealership orders, while maintaining accurate inventory and goods processing. The role emphasizes SAP knowledge, problem solving, and professional dealer relations.

Responsibilities include inventory routing, carrier loading, and preparing shipments with FedEx, along with routine inventory audits and warehouse upkeep to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment and role preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Windows-based programs and operating systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive rapport with dealers, department manager, office and warehouse employees as well as interdivision colleagues.
• Experience with engines, parts and functions, and farm/mechanical equipment applications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery.
• Route and process parts and whole goods received for inventory to ensure stock is maintained in an orderly manner.
• Maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency; audit and verify current stock quantities.
• Load various carriers of Kubota parts and equipment and ship items out using FedEx.
• Mid-year and year-end inventory processes; general housekeeping of the warehouse.
