Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of supervisory warehouse experience.
• Experience leading diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflows, monitor inventory accuracy, and oversee cycle counts.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce errors and control costs.
• Manage schedules, assign work, and coach team members on safety and performance.
