Kubota Engine America Corporation seeks a Warehouse Process Lead to support the Assistant Warehouse Manager in daily warehousing tasks including receiving, storage, packing, and outbound shipping. You will supervise a team, train staff, and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy using SAP and related systems.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience computerized inventory tracking.
5 or more years of warehouse experience.
Proficiency with SAP and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

Assist in supervising and coordinating activities of workers concerned with picking product and preparing it for same day shipping, nationally and internationally, using expedited carrier services.
Train, motivate, and monitor performance of the Warehouse Team and provide constructive feedback.
Improve area operations, efficiency and servicing to both internal and external customers; train staff on SAP and processes.
Monitor unloading of materials, verify quality and quantity, and ensure proper staging.
Report material received and verify receiving reports accuracy.
Measure warehouse performance to ensure efficient movement and storage of material.
Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiving paperwork.
Research and resolve quality/quantity discrepancies.
Prepare outbound shipments on schedule and coordinate with Customer Service on issues.
Maintain workflow paperwork for timely data entry.
Monitor shipments to meet customer requirements.
Enter and extract data from computer systems.
Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Adhere to quality control guidelines; suggest improvements.
Assist in establishing new warehouse processes.
Operate forklift safely and ensure stable/secure loads.
Maintain organized dock and inventory areas.
Oversee other material handlers and planners; identify training needs.
Make recommendations for training and coaching.
General housekeeping of warehouse.
