Job summary

Arvato in Las Vegas is seeking a warehouse associate to support outbound orders, paperwork, and yard management. You will work with carriers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and on-time shipments.

Requires a High School diploma, 2+ years SAP or WMS experience, Excel proficiency, and ability to operate warehouse equipment with certification. This is a full-time on-site role with shift B (Wed–Fri 6:00am–6:30pm and alternating Saturdays).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel skills at an intermediate level.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet runners).
• Read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (BOLS, manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers, supervisor and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents.
• Occasional floor work with warehouse equipment, certified per policy.
