Arvato is seeking a warehouse associate to support outbound orders, paperwork, and carrier communications. You will perform data entry in the warehouse management system, operate equipment if certified, and collaborate with supervisors and service delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of SAP or WMS experience, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Shift: B, Wed-Fri 6:00am-6:30pm and every other Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm.

Formación

• 2+ years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and cross-functional teams.
• Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents.
