Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas. You will prepare outbound orders, handle related paperwork, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams. The role requires SAP/WMS experience, English proficiency, and daily commuting to the facility on Range Road.

A and B shifts, plus overtime, are typical. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, a 401(k) with matching, PTO, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations and with forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, NV 89115.

Responsibilities

• Inbound shipping clerk duties including prep of outbound orders and paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and supervisors, and coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into the warehouse management system and filing documents/forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified.
