You will understand customer needs, route qualified opportunities to Sales Executives, and work to achieve daily cold-call targets. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of proven sales experience, solid telemarketing background, and a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years proven experience.
• Prior telemarketing experience highly desired.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong yet pleasant phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Achieve cold call goals.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
