Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking an Outbound CSR to generate service appointments through proactive calls. You will contact past customers and members to promote HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services, maintenance plans, safety inspections, and seasonal promos.

Success is measured by engaging customers, identifying needs, and converting conversations into booked appointments. This is an in-office, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center, inside sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
• Comfortable discussing residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services over the phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving booking goals.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to previous HVAC, electrical, and plumbing customers to identify service opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive customers and encourage scheduling of maintenance and inspections.
• Schedule annual HVAC, electrical, and plumbing inspections and maintenance visits for members.
• Promote specials, service agreements, indoor air quality solutions, and seasonal offerings.
• Educate customers on signs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Generate appointments for inspections, repairs, and in-home evaluations.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and recommendations across departments.
• Maintain customer records and call notes in ServiceTitan.
• Meet daily outbound call, booking, and revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
