Job summary

Super Service Today is seeking an energetic outbound sales specialist in a fast-paced setting. You will drive bookings for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning through high-volume calls and proactive follow-ups with new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates.

Responsibilities include consistent daily calling, re-engaging customers, educating on services, and closing bookings while maintaining accurate notes in the CRM. A performance-driven environment rewards results and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales or call center experience.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated.
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven.
