Job summary

Raydar, a fast-growing software company in New York, is seeking a Growth Manager to lead a large team of outbound callers. You will own scripts, onboarding content, and quality checks while partnering with engineers to scale coaching through an AI-assisted tool.

You will build training playbooks and resources, oversee meeting quality, and identify pipeline opportunities as the team expands, requiring 3–7 years in growth-oriented roles and strong startup adaptability.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in sales or growth roles with measurable bookings gains.
• Hands-on cold calling across multiple industries.
• Experience coaching reps and improving performance.
• Experience writing new talk tracks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of outbound callers and analyze results.
• Create, refine and maintain call scripts and onboarding content.
• Partner with engineers to shape AI-assisted coaching tools.
• Build training playbooks and coaching resources.
• Run quality reviews of booked meetings for volume and quality.
• Identify and pursue pipeline-building opportunities as the network grows.
