Raydar is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the self-serve funnel end-to-end, from discovery through onboarding to activation. You will diagnose drop-offs, run A/B tests, and write much of the code to ship growth experiments.

You will work closely with the founding team in a hands-on role with a path toward building something of your own, in New York, in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of hands-on growth/product experience.
• Experience taking an idea to public release and building a user base.
• Hands-on UX improvements beyond visuals.
• Comfortable coding and merging changes with modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-serve growth funnel from discovery to activation.
• Identify drop-off points and design fixes with data-driven tests.
• Ship early funnel improvements within weeks of joining.
• Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market efforts.
