Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation, shipping, warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Experience communicating with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience working with warehouse management, transportation management, or ERP systems.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve operational issues in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating inbound and outbound freight schedules to ensure on-time shipment and receipt of materials.
• Managing multiple loads simultaneously while adjusting priorities to support changing demands.
• Communicating with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and leadership to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitoring dock activity, equipment utilization, and labor resources to maintain efficient freight flow.
• Reviewing bills of lading, manifests, shipping documents, and system transactions for load accuracy.
• Responding to freight delays and disruptions with contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Analyzing transportation and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
