Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and respond quickly to new leads.
• Update customer information in the CRM.
• Build relationships with customers and meet daily goals.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams.
