Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with credit reports and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to provided leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand credit repair needs and goals.
• Educate prospects on the credit repair process and benefits.
• Analyze credit reports to identify inaccuracies or negative items.
• Close sales and enroll clients in programs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client communication.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and metrics.
• Document sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay informed about changes in credit laws and industry trends.
