Job summary

MSI Credit Solutions is seeking candidates for our dynamic sales team to help consumers improve their credit scores through our credit repair programs.

In this full-time role, you will make outbound calls, assess client needs, explain the credit repair process, enroll clients, and document activities in the CRM. Onsite gym, restaurant, and deli support a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in financial services or credit repair.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with credit reports and credit repair concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
