One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Diego, CA is seeking an Outbound Call Center Client Care Representative to handle a high volume of outbound calls, follow up on sales opportunities, and help coordinate service appointments for HVAC and plumbing services.

You will support customers through emergency and non-emergency requests while keeping technicians and the office informed, with a focus on renewals, service agreements, and delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifikationen

• Outbound lead-calling and phone sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer skills and fast typing with data-entry experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and stay calm under pressure.
