Pipeline Pilot is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee a small team of outbound callers in the New York area. You will supervise daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure the team stays productive and on track.

You will also prepare daily and weekly reports, track calls, leads, and appointments, and provide guidance to help improve calling processes and overall team performance. Local NY metro candidates preferred; CRM experience a plus.

Formación

• Experience managing a small team.
• Experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to hold a team accountable.
• Must be located on Long Island or within the NYC metropolitan area.
