Job summary

Randstad USA in San Antonio is seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a large, 8–12 month, fully in-office concierge project validating appointments for top businesses. The role is 500 contractor positions with on-site parking.

Shifts are 7am–4pm or 4pm–1am, five days a week, with some schedule flexibility. HS Diploma/GED and call-center or hospitality experience are preferred; a fast 30-minute virtual interview is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is REQUIRED.
• Customer service experience, preferably phone-based (call center) support.
• Background in hospitality, hotel concierge, help desk, or personal assistant roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support 500 contractors in a high-volume client contact center.
• Conduct 100% outbound calls to clients to validate appointments and reservations.
• Operate in a concierge-style verification role.
• Complete questionnaires and scorecards for the businesses supported.
• Meet KPIs and metrics, aiming to exceed 90% of the standards.
• Working weekends is required by essential functions.

Join our team in San Antonio as an Outbound Customer Service Representative! We’re hiring 500 contractors for a 8–12 month fully in-office concierge project validating appointments for top businesses.

• Pay: $22.68/hr (1st shift), $24.38 (2nd shift). OT options!
• Location: San Antonio, TX (Fully in office, free parking)
• Shifts: 7am–4pm OR 4pm–1am (5 days/wk, schedule flexibility required)
• Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, customer/concierge background, fast 30-min virtual interview.

Responsibilities

This team is looking to fill their client support contact center with 500 contractors to support an increase in recent volume.

• Calls will be 100% outbound to clients that the business is supporting (restaraunts, hotels, local and large businesses, doctors offices, airlines, etc) to validate appointments and reservations on behalf of a third-party user.
• This will be a concierge-style verification role.
• Will be asked to complete questionnaires and scorecards for the businesses they support
• KPIs and metrics will be expected for this role, and all contractors will be expected to meet at least 90% of the metric standards set for the role.

Qualifications

All highly preferred, but not required at the moment.
