Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, MCA, or B2B sales.
• Must have a College Degree.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of business finance is a plus.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Move deals toward closing with processing team and senior advisors.
• Build relationships with clients that drive repeat business and referrals.
