Job summary

Elevated Financial is seeking driven, coachable people to join our expansion in the United States. In this 1099, uncapped commission role, you’ll work with small business owners, helping them add supplemental insurance benefits and potentially return premiums when benefits go unused.

You’ll train with a structured program, receive field ride-alongs with a senior representative, and have the opportunity to build your own book and leadership by recruiting a team and earning overrides from renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, service, or sales.
• Experience working in a commission-based or performance-based role.
• Competitive and motivated by goals—athletes, coaches, and military veterans often thrive in this environment.
• Coachable and willing to put in the work without needing to be chased.
• Income should reflect effort and results rather than a fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses to set meetings with owners.
• Meet with owners and employees to explain how their coverage works.
• Enroll new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Track activity and results; meet with your manager each week to review performance.
