New Castle Building Products (NCBP) in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate contractor opportunities and support the outside sales team. You will make 60-75 calls daily, build a strong pipeline, and reactivate former customers.

The role requires tenacity, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, bilingual Spanish a plus, and a commitment to our core values. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $25-$34 plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outbound cold calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting measurable performance goals.
• Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and stay positive.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software.
• Knowledge of building materials (Roofing, Siding, Decking, Windows/Doors, Waterproofing).

Responsibilities

• Make 60-75 phone calls per day.
• Generate 12-15 qualified, completed sales meetings per month.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of new contractor opportunities.
• Reactivate former customers and restore purchasing relationships.
• Build strong working relationships with outside sales representatives.
• Contribute to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
