Candidates should be self-motivated, know how to handle objections, and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to prospects and contractors.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and outside sales team.

• Stay motivated and productive toward measurable goals.
• Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 60-75 outgoing calls per day.
• Generate 12-15 qualified, completed sales meetings per month.
• Develop a steady pipeline of new contractor opportunities.
• Reactivate former customers and restore purchasing relationships.
• Build strong relationships with outside sales representatives.
• Contribute to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
