Job summary

New Castle Building Products is seeking a Business Development Representative for our Bucks County location. The role focuses on outbound calls, developing a steady pipeline of contractor opportunities, and building ties with the outside sales team.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to engage contractors, homeowners, and peers. Expect to make 60-75 calls daily, generate 12-15 qualified meetings monthly, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Confidence making outbound cold calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable performance goals
• Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make 60-75 phone calls per day
• Generate 12-15 qualified, completed sales meetings per month
• Develop a consistent pipeline of new contractor opportunities
• Reactivate former customers and help restore purchasing relationships
• Build strong working relationships with outside sales representatives
• Contribute directly to new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
