New Castle Building Products in White Plains, NY is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate contractor opportunities, manage outbound calls, and collaborate with the outside sales team. You will build a robust pipeline, reactivate former customers, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer focus and attention to detail.

This role offers commission-based earnings plus benefits, with daily performance expectations in a fast-paced residential/commercial

Competenze

• Experience making outbound calls and building a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and meet performance targets.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; commitment to company values.

Mansioni

• Make 60–75 outbound calls per day.
• Generate 12–15 qualified meetings per month.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of contractor opportunities.
• Reactivate former customers and restore purchasing relationships.
• Build strong relationships with outside sales reps and contribute to revenue growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
