Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a Temporary Business Development Representative to support Milady’s ExamReady sales efforts. You will conduct outbound calls and emails to generate qualified opportunities and schedule demo appointments for the sales team.

This role offers an hourly wage of $20–$24 with a $10 incentive for each qualified appointment that leads to a demonstration. You’ll work directly with sales, maintain records, and strive to meet weekly activity goals while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails.
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound communication with potential customers via phone and email.
• Present Milady solutions and set up qualified demonstrations.
• Schedule qualified demo appointments for assigned sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments.
• Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and positive customer experience.
