You will use CRM tools to contact customers, promote packages, and set appointments for the sales team while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
