Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Project Manager – Hydro Field Services to oversee hydroelectric generator service, repair, and refurbishment projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate with customers, Field Services, Engineering, and Operations to ensure safety, schedule, scope, and budget alignment while managing multiple outages and field resources.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to solving complex field-service challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of project management, field service management, or outage management experience.
• PMP or other project-management certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage hydro field service projects from award through kickoff, planning, mobilization, field execution, demobilization, and closeout.
• Develop schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate manpower, field leadership, engineering support, tooling, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources required for successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, status reports, action items, and customer communications.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and customer commitments and communicate potential risks.
